3reen is an e-commerce company that connects wholesalers to retailers and retailers to consumers, popularly known as the B2B2C system of e-commerce. We are developing a product that focuses primarily on non-internet and as well internet users; wholesalers, retailers and consumers (as many wholesalers and retailers in Africa fall into this category). Our product would enable them to make purchases from wholesalers and also sell to consumers on our platform. More features such as flight bookings, payment for movie and event tickets have also been added to our platform.
WHAT WE DO
3reen is an e-commerce marketplace with new ideas and insights that would make online shopping experience as close to physical shopping as possible. Our company ensures that the customer is always guided from the introduction to a product by a sales representative, who convinces business owners of our quality proceeds to help them make purchases and also teach business owners how to make purchases and optimize their use of our platform. The Customer Success team takes over to guide the customers on the use of purchased products and garner user experience feedback. The Customer success team also creates customer interaction to enable maximum Customer satisfaction.
